The Chait Galleries Downtown opened for business in 2003. Located in a historically preserved building built in the late 1800’s, the Chait Galleries is in the heart of a community that includes many fine restaurants, specialty retail stores and the vibrant University of Iowa Campus.

The Chait Galleries is a full service gallery supporting all the visual arts. The gallery is brimming with original works of exceptional local, national and international artists.
