Iowa Arts Festival

Since 1983, this festival has gone through a variety of styles and events, but the focus of arts and culture has remained the same for the past 30 years. This weekend long, award winning festival features over 125 local and national artists, live music and entertainment on two stages, a Global Village for kids to learn about other countries and cultures, Children's Day featuring activities and entertainment geared toward kids, a Culinary Row serving regional and ethnic foods, and new this year an Emerging Artist Area featuring upcoming student artists. Spanning over 7 downtown blocks, this festival provides a feast for the senses and something for everyone!
