Learn the basics of byzantine chain maille to make a bracelet. Chain maille is a technique of taking individual open jump rings and putting them together to form a mesh or chain. Proper tool handling and opening and closing of rings will be emphasized. No experience necessary.

Registration is through Kirkwood Community College. Register at:
www.kirkwood.edu and go to Continuing Education and then search for Beadology Iowa under the instructor search. On site registrations will be taken if registration through Kirkwood meets minimum requirements of two participants. Instructor: Karen Kubby.

$30 instructor fee/$38 materials fee.
