Each Sunday morning, we read and reflect together on core Buddhist teachings. We’ll also share a guided compassion meditation, using the Tibetan mantra “Om Ah Hung.” Everyone is welcome, whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice.  More about Om Ah Hung meditation practice

Location: Garchen Mila Buddhist Center, The Paul Helen Building, 209 East Washington Street, Suite 200 –in downtown Iowa City,

No registration or fee: Drop-in. Regular visitors are invited to become a member.  If you are not able to become a member please consider making a donation for your time at the center. There is a donation box located near the entrance.
