Join us for our Drag Family Storytime for all ages with local drag performers. Fun costumes are encouraged as we read LGBTQ+ stories and sing and dance! ICPL is celebrating intellectual freedom this week and advocating for the rights of library users to read, seek information, and speak freely! A publicly supported library provides free, equitable, and confidential access to information for all people of its community. We also recognize inclusivity, or the practice of providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those belonging to minority groups. With this fun, joyful Storytime, we will counter censorship and celebrate diverse books!
