FEaST Festival 2024
FEaST is a celebration of Feed Me Weird Things programming of rare and esoteric music meant to arouse empathy from deep listening, all in one four-day festival on the Northside of Iowa City. Year 3 of FEaST will take place at The James Theater starting Wednesday, October 30th and going through Saturday, November 2nd. Featuring Ava Mendoza, Friend (Jon Mueller + Andy Fitzpatrick), Zeena Parkins, Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe, Wolf Eyes, Maria Chavez, Sarah Davachi, and Circuit Des Yeux.

- Ava Mendoza is a Brooklyn-based guitarist, composer, and songwriter.
- Friend (Jon Mueller + Andrew Fitzpatrick) previously shared the stage as members of the group Volcano Choir. As Friend, the duo explore a new direction.
- Oct 31st
- Zeena Parkins is a pioneer of contemporary harp practices.
- Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe is an artist, curator and composer that works primarily with, but not limited to voice and modular synth.
- Nov 1st
- Wolf Eyes is a band from Michigan that formed in 1998. They are known for their bizarre and otherworldly approach to music.
- Maria Chavez is best known as an abstract turntablist, sound artist and DJ.
- Nov 2nd
- Sarah Davachi is a composer and performer whose work is concerned with the close intricacies of timbral and temporal space.
- Circuit Des Yeux is a vocalist and composer most distinctly identified by her 4-octave voice and unique style of 12-string guitar.
