Focaccia Bread Baking (Hands-On)

August 7 @ 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Learn how to make focaccia bread! Great for beginners and experienced bakers alike.

Focaccia (pronounced “fuh-KA-cha”) is an Italian yeast bread baked in sheet pans. It is often flavored with olive oil, herbs, spices, and other vegetables.

Marissa from the Prairie Kitchen Store will show you how to make focaccia start to finish… from making the dough to baking the bread.

First, you will enjoy some focaccia bread hot from the oven with a drink of your choice. Then, you will make and bake a focaccia bread to take home; topped with your choice of herbs, spices, and olive oil. Includes focaccia bread, drink of your choice, along with printed recipe.

Class Type: Hands-on
Date & Time: Sunday, August 7, 3:30-5:30PM
Seating Available: 7 counter seats

All food and drink is prepared and served in a kitchen that contains animal products, gluten, nuts, and other potential allergens. Items on class menus can not be made-to-order, so substitutions are not available.
