In this class you will learn the basics of food art you can use for your next special event. Common choices of fruits and vegetables for carving include radish, tomato, carrot, cucumber, onion, green onion, apple, orange, strawberry, kiwi, cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon,and pineapple. Carving techniques will be demonstrated. Membership required.
