Anyone can laugh for no particular reason. We don’t need to rely on jokes to laugh. Laughter helps to relieve the effects of stress. It is energizing, healing, and brings out our best self. When we laugh together we feel lighter and renewed. Come and experience the Laughter Club! Sessions are composed of laughter exercises, plus deep breathing and relaxation. Wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind.
