One World: River & His Band w/ Kolombianas

Katie James, South American celebrity singer-songwriter born in Ireland and raised in the mountains of Colombia, joins Karin Stein, a second generation Colombian of German origin, who grew up on remote farms in both Colombia and Costa Rica. Katie and Karin join forces in their

“Kolombianas” show to perform original music and beautiful guitar arrangements of Latin American folk tunes, many from Colombia. Their exquisite harmonies are complemented by stories of deep joy, heartaches, and love that have marked their separate – yet similar – journeys as Colombians.
