Downtown Iowa City as a center of commerce, education, and government, is a unique natural and built environment. Building owners, architects, and builders have responded to evolving opportunities and needs by designing and constructing stylistically typical and unique buildings. By participating in this single session class, participants will become familiar with the chronological architectural development of downtown.
