In this four session class, you will learn a set of acupressure and reflexology routines to help relieve discomfort from colds, flu, and allergies. We will also cover a Tai Chi routine for arthritis sufferers and a Qigong routine one can use after sitting for a long time in a car or at one’s desk. The nice thing about these self help routines is that they have minimal risks, and are completely free because you do them yourself. Each routine takes about 5-20 minutes. Please note that this course will include a mix of gentle movement exercises and classroom lectures. Be prepared to remove yours shoes for the section on reflexology. People are welcome to drop in for this program at any time. Molaan Mosell (Mo) studied Tai Chi under Daniel Benton, attended classes in Reflexology and Acupressure at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She worked as a research assistant at the University of Iowa, Neurology Department for seven years.
