Explore the yoga path to release accumulated tensions and renew the whole person. Learn to use breath awareness as you flow through energizing postures and into deep relaxation. Mats and props are available at The Center, though you are welcome to bring your own. The instructor will demonstrate use of props and also give alignment assistance as needed. You progress at your own rate, finding the balance of challenge and comfort that suits you best, as you gradually increase strength, flexibility, and ability to relax into poses.
