Molly's is looking for a fulltime chef to manage the production of all batters, frostings, fillings, doughs, baked goods, and ice cream. The chef will also be decorating made-to-order cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookie, etc.
The chef will perform weekly ordering of all ingredients and supplies for the kitchen, while staying cost-effective and maintaining systematic inventory levels.
MUST be a team leader, willing to communicate with and delegate well to kitchen staff. The chef will be managing and scheduling a staff of up to 12 employees and is ultimately responsible for the quality and presentation of all products made daily.
Attention to detail and recipe consistency are required. The chef must have the ability to take direction Owner and maintain a positive, highly-functioning working environment. General hours are 6am-2pm; weekends required.
