Permanent full-time positions available
Wage: $44,678.40 – $57,512.00 (starting wage contingent upon experience)

Shift Hours #1: Sunday, 1:00pm – 10:00pm, Monday, 3:00pm – 12:00am,
Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 3:00pm – 12:00am

Shift Hours #2: Sunday, 1:00pm – 10:00pm,
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 3:00pm – 12:00am

Job summary:
Under immediate direction, performs work of routine difficulty in the cleaning and maintenance of City
parking facilities and equipment.

Minimum Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other
High school education or G.E.D. and four to six months of related experience or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Experience in building maintenance. Valid State of Iowa
driver’s license with satisfactory driving record. Must be 18 years of age. Must pass a criminal
background check.

Preferred Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure, Other
High school education or G.E.D. and seven to twelve months of related experience or training; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
