Works to achieve strategic objectives through leadership and participation in various marketing and customer experience capacities, committees, and initiatives. Collaborates in the development and execution of annual marketing plans and budgets. Leads the direction and execution of direct marketing strategies including direct mail, customer database marketing activities; segmentation, market research; and general marketing reporting. Assists with e-mail campaigns. Contributes to brand leadership through marketing and promotional activities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve goals as identified in the bank’s strategic and annual operating plans.
- Assists in the preparation of the annual marketing budget; effectively works within the budget; monitors, records, and controls expenses.
- Administers direct mail campaigns including mailing lists, tracking, ROI, and reporting.
- Partners with compliance to ensure fair banking/CRA list selection compliance
- Works with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team to achieve shared goals and initiatives.
- Collaborates with Marketing team to write and develop effective direct mail materials.
- Maintains continuous compliance with banking and postal regulations.
- Utilizes customer and prospect data to aid in client retention, acquisition, and cross-selling; monitors accuracy of data input/output; works with vendors to achieve and maintain effective direct mail marketing strategies; provides tracking reports; measures campaign profitability; identifies and investigates opportunities to achieve greater sophistication in marketing communication.
- Collaborates with Marketing and Compliance team members effectively through Kadince.
- Assists in direction, coordination, and communication with third-party vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic arts, or public relations is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prefer marketing/business/communications/public relations education and five or more years of experience in a marketing leadership or support role
- Certified Financial Marketing Professional is a plus.
- Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office. Specific bank programs: Kadince; 360 View experience a plus
