Our ideal candidate will have night and weekend availability. High personal standards for their work and drive to improve professionally with our team. Preference towards people with previous kitchen experience, strong communication skills, and multi-tasking.
Job Duties include:
-Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe
-Prepping various ingredients such as meats and vegetables
-Collaborating with the Kitchen Manager and Cooks to prepare meals
-Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift
-Maintaining a pantry stock record
-Rotating stock items as per established procedures
-Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary
-Properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures
-Assisting Kitchen Manager with other daily, weekly, monthly cleaning tasks
-Assisting with new menu creations and specials
-Notifying Kitchen Manager when Items are below par and need to be ordered
-Assist in washing dishes
