Store Manager

We are seeking a full-time energetic, goal-oriented store manager to join our amazing team to oversee and run day-to-day operations 

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent leadership to oversee day-to day operations and monitor 1-5 employees at a time (total staff of 15-20)
• Lead by example, delegate tasks and oversee proper task completion.

• Quickly and accurately prepare food orders and accommodate for dietary restrictions when necessary

• Provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in food selection and educate customers on health benefits of menu items. 

• Accurately handle cash and card transactions to maintain a balanced register

• Comply with Health Department Regulations and company standards at all times

• Train employees on procedures, policies, and company expectations

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and environment

• Complete inventory assessment on a daily and weekly basis and place weekly orders 

• Create employee’s weekly schedules through an online employee management system

Requirements:

• Must be available to work 35+ hours per week

• Must have experience in the food industry 

• Must have experience supervising

• Must be comfortable leading a team and solving problems

• Must be a highly motivated and organized individual with great communication skills
