Role Overview:
We’re seeking a creative, driven, and relationship-oriented Director of Strategic Growth and Brand Partnerships to help take Yotopia into its next chapter. This role is designed for someone excited to shape new revenue streams, foster meaningful community relationships, and elevate our brand presence — all while staying true to our local roots.

You’ll lead efforts in wholesale expansion, event and catering sales, strategic partnerships, and internal brand communications, including social media and customer outreach. This is a hands-on role with a clear pathway to growth and increasing responsibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with potential wholesale clients (e.g., local grocers, coffee shops, restaurants)
Manage all phases of wholesale accounts, from outreach to onboarding to fulfillment coordination
Develop and execute strategies for growing Yotopia’s presence at events, catering, and pop-up opportunities
Explore and manage brand-aligned strategic partnerships to deepen our community engagement
Oversee Yotopia’s social media channels with compelling, on-brand content
Write and send monthly e-newsletters via Square to engage and grow our customer base
Track key performance indicators and report on revenue growth generated from these initiatives
Collaborate directly with ownership to build a sustainable and exciting growth trajectory for the company

Qualifications:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience in sales, partnerships, marketing, or brand management (does not have to be in food/hospitality)
Creative thinker with the ability to independently manage projects from ideation to execution
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small business environment
Familiarity with digital tools (social media platforms, email marketing, basic CRM or sales tracking tools)
Passion for local food, small business, and community-driven work

This is a hybrid role with competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
