Ages: Students entering 1st–6th grade

At Breathe & Bloom, kids will stretch, move, and create while exploring the magic of mindfulness, nature, and art. Each day begins with yoga and breathing exercises led by the GoldCap team to help campers feel focused, calm, and ready for the day. From there, we’ll head outdoors to explore nearby green spaces and use those experiences as inspiration for hands-on eco-art projects.

Throughout the camp, students will reflect on how we grow—both inside and out—by creating meaningful, nature-inspired artwork and practicing mindfulness in motion. On Friday, we’ll take a short walk to HotHouse Yoga, where campers will enjoy a special yoga session led by the HotHouse team in their beautiful downtown studio.

Camp features include:

• Daily yoga and breathing exercises

• Guided outdoor mindfulness and exploration

• Eco-friendly art projects using natural materials

• A special Friday yoga session at HotHouse Yoga

• A welcoming, inclusive environment for all learners

Campers should bring their own lunch and water bottle; snacks will be provided. Drop-off and pick-up take place outside of MERGE, where GoldCap staff will be available to assist.

Wraparound care available (8:30–9:00 AM and 4:00–4:30 PM) for $45

After registration, families will receive a follow-up email with additional information, including a student info form and logistics for arrival, departure, and wraparound care.
