Through Green Tara meditation we can realize our own heart of compassion through the application of mantra recitation, mindfulness meditation and visualization. Newcomers welcome. This is a chance to explore Tibetan Buddhist meditation in a relaxed atmosphere. We always have time for instruction and Q&A.
