Come join the Midwest Center for Investigative Reporting, and its Iowa newsroom, IowaWatch, for an evening of storytelling and fun on Thursday, April 20th at The Graduate hotel in Iowa City.

The event, emceed by Iowa Public Radio’s Charity Nebbe, will showcase the works of five local speakers, all pertaining to our theme, “HomeGrown.” For just $20, you will be able to enjoy these speakers along with a free drink ticket, and for just $5 more, you can participate to win prizes from our Trivia Contest.

Food and drink will be available throughout the night with doors opening at 5:45pm and storytelling beginning at 6:30pm. This lively event will also feature a silent auction as well as music from a local artist.
