Olive oils run rampant in the market and finding a product that is healthy, flavorful, and above all, the real-deal, can be difficult and time consuming.

Not only will we talk about olive oil sourcing, we’ll talk about how you can use oils and vinegars in your own kitchen, giving you recipe ideas which will lead to further inspiration. Attendees can taste ice cream drizzled with a summer peach balsamic which is a beautiful pairing that will satisfy your summer cravings.

Each participant will walk away a 100ml bottle of Frantoia EVOO and a 100ml bottle of Harvest Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
