Join Justin Parrish, Chef at St. Burch Tavern in Iowa City, for this special Italian dinner. Sit back and enjoy the show as Chef Justin creates a three course meal for you in the open kitchen of the Prairie Kitchen Store. The menu will feature an egg-based Mezzaluna filled pasta. Justin will be demoing the fresh pasta-making process while also talking about his Italian culinary training at Florence University of the Arts and his food and travel experiences in Italy.

About the instructor
Justin Parrish, Chef at St. Burch Tavern in Iowa City, received his Italian culinary training at Florence University of the Arts after earning a Culinary Arts degree at Kirkwood in 2015.
