Join the Iowa City Swing Dance club to learn lindy hop! Thursday evenings include a beginner-friendly lesson, a social dance, and an intermediate lesson. The beginner lessons and social dance are open to all—regardless of experience. No dance partner or specialty shoes needed. Bring comfy attire, a water bottle, and your enthusiasm!

Social Dance & Practice (all levels) | 7:45—8:15 PM
Intermediate Lesson | 8:15—9:15 PM

Venue: Masonic Lodge (This is down the street from the Iowa City Public Library.)

Cost: $10 per evening or $5 for students

A new series starts on the first of every month. We recommend attending the entire 4-lesson series because concepts and moves will build on each other.
