Experience the synergistic healing and relaxing qualities of both water and mindfulness. We will explore breathing, water walking, and gentle exercises as a means of being present in the moment. These activities will take place in shallow water to accommodate individuals who haven’t developed a sense of safety in deeper water. This class is offered for free, walk-ins welcome.
