This class serves ongoing students of the T’ai Chi Fundamentals class and those with previous experience who wish to re-start their practice. Classes will work progressively through the Cheng Man Ch’ing (Yang) style form, applying its basic principles of relaxation, balance, posture, stability, and efficient movement. T’ai Chi is like an onion—there are many layers of understanding and refinement. It is a lifelong journey with many physical and mental benefits. Fee: $50; pay instructor. Membership required.
