Join Professor Mark Kende for a discussion of the recent Supreme Court decisions impacting affirmative action (SFFA v Harvard and SFFA v UNC). Kende is the Director of the Drake Constitutional Law Center and the James Madison Chair Professor in Constitutional Law. He teaches Constitutional Law, Comparative Constitutionalism, and Civil Rights.
