Join Bur Oak Land Trust March 23 in downtown Iowa City for a fun gathering of local folks sharing inspiring words about a sustainable and biodiverse future and opportunities to support a greener Iowa. The evening will include a keynote speaker and exhibitor fair with more than 25 organizations sharing ways for you to get involved outdoors.

Connie Mutel, author, passionate conservationist and longtime science writer for the University of Iowa’s IIHR-Hydroscience and Engineering department, will discuss her latest book, “Tending Iowa’s Land: Pathways to a Sustainable Future.” Book contributor, Iowa Flood Center Director and Bur Oak Land Trust Board President, Larry Weber will also speak about his water-focused vision for land management.
