Alec Modrick is an Iowa City native and graduate of UI Law School. He practices out of the Cedar Rapids and Bettendorf offices of Pearson Bollman Law, which is based in Des Moines. His practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, probate/trust administration, and taxation. Modrick will cover estate planning, including how to avoid having your life savings or retirement plans wiped out by the cost of care as you age, how to maximize the inheritance you leave to your children, and how to plan and pay for nursing home or in-home care.
