Writers’ Workshop alum Stuart Nadler will read from his newest novel, Rooms for Vanishing, which is a “prismatic, mind-bending family epic about the splintering of a Jewish family from Vienna—exploring the weight of exile and how grief twists our sense of the impossible” (stuartnadler.net). Stuart Nadler is the author of three novels and a short story collection. His most recent novel, The Inseparables, was named a Best Book of the Year by Kirkus, and was a finalist for the Mark Twain Prize for the American Voice. He is a recipient of the 5 Under 35 Award from the National Book Foundation. He teaches in the MFA program at Bennington College.
