The Voices of Experience, the Iowa City Senior Center’s mixed-voice, non-auditioned choral ensemble, is a delightful group of musicians representing every skill level and background who are also members of the Iowa City Senior Center. Founded in 1982, this fun and variety-filled ensemble shares music from a multitude of sources. From Handel to holiday favorites, country to swing, traditional folk music to pop and Broadway standards, a concert by the Voices of Experience promises something for everyone. Join us on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons as we rehearse, learn, laugh, and enjoy ourselves and the whole creative process. Memorization is not required. Fee: $25; pay at registration.
