ICDD in collaboration with downtown retailers has launched a new one-stop online shop for holiday shopping. As customers look to shop earlier and focus their spending locally this holiday season, the Downtown Iowa City Holiday Market will provide an easy, curated online shop for over 20 downtown stores in one location. The new holiday site is another initiative from the downtown district to help keep a focus on supporting local while recognizing that online shopping may be a popular option for 2020.
The Downtown Holiday Market will allow customers to shop from a variety of downtown stores and select pick-up or free local delivery through the Downtown Delivers program. Additionally, the shop will be changing weekly as stores continue to add new items throughout the holiday season.
