In 2015, he established his band, the Yogev Shetrit Trio, with the goal of playing his own compositions. In 2016, Shetrit recorded his first studio album, “New Path,” as a bandleader and composer. They have performed across Israel and all over the world, including Guatemala, Kazakhstan, India, Panama, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Haiti, and the United States.
