Explore the fantastical art of Iowa City illustrator Candice Broersma in the “Cover Story” exhibit. The display will feature originals and prints from her personal projects and professional book cover commissions. Included in the collection is Broersma’s “Uncanny Forest” series of curious tree folk in mixed media as well as miniature scratchboards from her “Monster Buddy Project”. A Reception will be held on November 16 from 4:30pm-5:30pm. Enjoy the collection from November 8 to March 1, 2024 at the Pappajohn Biomedical Discovery Building (PBDB, open to the public 7am-6pm Monday-Friday.
